Eudora wont retrieve ads

Problem: Some users have reported being downgraded into "Lite Mode" in Eudora after upgrading to 6.2.5.6. Eudora reports that it can not retrieve the Ads so it switches the user from "Sponsored Mode" to "Lite Mode".

Solution:

  1. Go to Help in the menu bar at the top of the screen, choose "Payments and Registration"
  2. Click the "Sponsored Mode" icon, and choose OK.
  3. With this email open in Eudora, Hold down the ALT key on the keyboard and click the following lines one at a time, Choosing "OK" on the pop-up box after you click.

  4. Restart Eudora. The Ads should now load.
