Can't Check E-Mail

This is a very generic problem. Try one of these solutions.

1. Is the username/password correct?
   • This password is the ISO password, not the Windows login password. Test using huskymail.
2. Are the SSL settings correct?
   • Required STARTLS for Sending.
   • Required Alternate Port for Checking.
3. Reboot the machine.
4. Call someone in IT to see if there are any hung processes.
5. Rebuild the eudora.ini file: Click on Tools, hold down Ctrl+Shift key, and click Options.
