[edit] X: drive Information

The X: drive: Is available for everyone in the admin domain to use. It is used to transfer or store temporary public files. Whatever you decide to store here can be seen and read by others. This drive should not be used to store private or sensitive information. If you have large files you want to store securely or in a more permanent fashion, please work out an alternate solution with SAS.


THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF FILES SHOULD BE DELETED FROM THE X: DRIVE IMMEDIATELY AFTER TRANSFER.

  • Addresses
  • Files with a tech id or SSN#
  • Phone numbers
  • Payroll data
  • Classified information
  • Information you do not wish to share
