University Communications has a big Xerox printer named Looseleaf down on ground floor that they do job accounting on. Mechelle Normand has a list of users and their 2 codes. You will need this info to set up job accounting.

  1. Be logged in as the user.
  2. Make sure the printer is added properly either through bonjour or ipp but it must be using the Xerox Workcentre 7655 driver. If the computer doesn't have this driver available, download it from Xerox's website. Use REV 1.0. Once the driver is installed, reboot and have the user log in again.
