Cashier's Office Check Scanner Installation Instructions
- Login as administrator
- Login to EPS website: https://ssl.selectpayment.com/mp/snb-t/login/page.aspx. Make sure this is a non-admin user for the system
- Click on Transactions at the top of the page.
- Click on Remote Deposit in the left menu pane.
- Click Start the Installation
- At this point do not plug in the scanner usb yet. An ActiveX installer will start and want to install RDCInstall. Allow that and it will begin install.
- Click Install and a similar popup will come up, click Install on the InstallShield Wizard.
- Install for all users to use.
- Click Install, let it run, then Finish.
- Click OK to restart the browser session.
- Plug in the usb cable to the scanner and the computer now.
- Log back in to the EPS website again as a non-admin user.
- Click on Transactions
- Click on Remote Deposit.
Now it will auto-initialize the scanner and bring you to the Open Deposits screen and you are done.
Before you are done make an IE shortcut on the desktop to point to the EPS login page. ["C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
