Can't Check E-Mail
This is a very generic problem. Try one of these solutions.
- Is the username/password correct?
- This password is the ISO password, not the Windows login password. Test using huskymail.
- Are the SSL settings correct?
- Required STARTLS for Sending.
- Required Alternate Port for Checking.
- Reboot the machine.
- Call someone in IT to see if there are any hung processes.
- Rebuild the eudora.ini file: Click on Tools, hold down Ctrl+Shift key, and click Options.
