iTunes and iPhone installation.

First you must install iTunes on the user's machine. The very most important thing about this install is you move the data folder!

1. If iTunes isn't installed on the computer download it from apple.com
2. Login as itsas to download and install.
3. Add the shortcuts to the desktop but make sure they get moved to the shortcuts folder.
4. Ask the user if they want this to be the default music player. They probably do if they have an iphone.
5. UNCHECK the Automatically update box.
6. Click install.
7. Open itunes
8. Check Take me to Library
9. Check organize my iTunes folder. (this is handy for locating artists manually through explorer.)
10. When iTunes opens DO THIS VERY IMPORTANT STEP. Click EDIT and go to Preferences. Click the Advanced tab.
11. Change the location "iTunes music folder location" to C:\iTunes. You will need to create this folder and give the user full permission.

Once you have installed iTunes it is time to install the iphone. For now work with a staff member or senior sasling to put it together.
