Contacting SAS
Contact SAS either by calling 487-3636 or by emailing itsas@mtu.edu.
Both methods will notify available full time staff personnel.
If a full time staff member is not available to answer the phone, student employees may be your first contact. The student employee
will take your request(s) and inform the appropriate personnel as soon as possible. If you need immediate service, please request it.

For normal applications, windows password resets, and device support you can contact SAS using methods
above or by submitting an online request form (see below).

Hours of Operation
The SAS office is staffed by at least one full time staff member during university core hours. (8am – 5pm Regular Session,
7:30am – 4pm Summer Session). For assistance outside of regular hourly operation, please feel to leave a voice message
by calling 487-3636. Also, you may email
itsas@mtu.edu after hours as staff members often check email from home and
might be able to fix your problem remotely.
Emergency Contact
To contact SAS with an emergency, call 487-3636. When the voice mail starts, follow the instructions and press 2.
This will send out a page to full time SAS member(s) who are on-call. You should receive a response in 20 minutes or less.
